Sitota pinwheel cotton throw

This classic pinwheel design is made using a 4-harness loom. This throw is two panels of Ethiopian cotton chain stitched in the middle. The chain stitch is one that women throughout Ethiopia know how to do as this is how they sew their ceremonial shawls together. The throw is finished with Sabahar's signature tied fringes. We have named this throw Sitota, which means gift in Amharic. What a great present to give yourself or your loved one.
