Maya handwoven Ethiopian cotton shawl

This handwoven, Fair Trade shawl is our thickest, warmest, most cozy wrap. It is woven on a 4-harness loom creating the pattern in the fabric and the intricate design. These shawls are so heavy, they can be used as a throw for the couch, a bed runner, a baby blanket, a small traveling blanket or an oversized, heavy shawl. The dark grey version is solid on one side and patterned on the other, so it is totally reversible. The Maya shawl is finished with a tied fringe.
