Nomad hand stitched Ethiopian cotton throw blanket

The handcrafted, eco friendly Ethiopian throw blanket is made of two panels of hand spun cotton that are stitched together using a traditional chain stitch technique. The throw is asymmetrical in design as the two fabric panels are different patterns. It is made on a black cotton warp with hand spun cotton weft. These beautiful pieces can be used as bed runners, throws on sofas, picnic blankets, or cozy-up blankets. They are finished with our traditional twisted fringes, each one braided and knotted by hand. It is a perfect companion for any journey!
